1. Informational Use Only

Stock.Agent provides software tools, workflow outputs, AI-generated summaries, portfolio views, newsletters, alerts, and market-related information for informational and operational use only. The Service does not provide investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, brokerage services, or fiduciary services.

Nothing on the Service should be interpreted as a solicitation, endorsement, offer, recommendation, or guarantee regarding any security, strategy, account structure, transaction, or legal position.

2. No Professional Relationship

Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client, financial adviser-client, broker-customer, accountant-client, or other professional relationship between you and Stock.Agent. If you need advice tailored to your facts, you should consult a licensed attorney, investment adviser, tax professional, or other qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. AI and Automation Risks

Some outputs are generated or assisted by AI systems. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, internally inconsistent, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You should independently review and verify any material output before relying on it.

This applies to market summaries, risk commentary, legal-style drafts, checklists, compliance-style suggestions, and any other automated output available through the Service.

4. Investment and Market Risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, or erroneous. Portfolio metrics, estimated returns, valuation models, and predictive outputs may not reflect real-world execution, taxes, slippage, liquidity, or account-specific constraints.

5. Legal Document and Compliance Drafting Risk

If the Service is used to assist with legal or compliance-style drafting, the resulting content is draft language only and should not be treated as final legal work product without review by a licensed attorney. Laws vary by jurisdiction, industry, facts, contract structure, and regulatory context.

The Service may help identify common issues or missing clauses, but it does not guarantee completeness, enforceability, statutory compliance, filing sufficiency, or suitability for any transaction or dispute.

6. Third-Party Data and Service Dependencies

The Service may rely on third-party data providers, AI providers, analytics vendors, authentication vendors, email services, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, availability, or continued availability of third-party services or content.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any decisions made based on Service outputs. You are responsible for validating assumptions, reviewing generated content, checking current law and market conditions, and determining whether additional professional review is required.
